By accessing or participating in the Solace community, our website, Discord server, or any affiliated tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in our ecosystem.
02Community Guidelines
All members must adhere strictly to the Solace Rulebook. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, cheating, or toxic behavior. Solace administration reserves the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms without prior notice.
03Tournament Participation
Entry into Solace-organized tournaments requires accurate registration data. Players caught smurfing, account sharing, or using unauthorized third-party software will face immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from all future events. Prize pools are distributed subject to compliance with all rules and successful verification.
04Intellectual Property
The Solace name, logos, and broadcasting assets are the intellectual property of the Solace organization. Unauthorized commercial use of these assets is prohibited. When participating in our events, you grant Solace the right to broadcast, record, and use your in-game name and gameplay footage for promotional purposes.
05Limitation of Liability
Solace is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our community or tournaments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services or affiliated platforms (e.g., Discord).
06Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official channels. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
